AN 8-WEEK HEAL . WRITE . RISE™ EXPERIENCE
Write Your Story with Dignity, Grace, and Honor
An 8-week guided experience for women who want to approach their story with wisdom, emotional responsibility, and clarity—so they can begin writing with intention instead of overwhelm.
There comes a moment when you realize your story matters.
But knowing your story matters and knowing how to tell it well are two different things.
Writing with Dignity and Grace is an 8-week experience designed to help you approach your story thoughtfully—learning what to say, what to leave out, and how to write in a way that honors both your journey and your voice.
Your story deserves honesty.
But it also deserves wisdom.
Telling your story is one thing. Stewarding it well is another.
When you write your story, you are inviting others to see you through your words.
You are showing them how to understand your experiences, your growth, and your perspective.
That doesn't mean everyone will agree with you. But it does mean that you will have to live with what you write.
The beauty of telling your own story is that you get to paint your own picture.
So the question becomes:
How do you want to be portrayed?
What do you want the world to understand?
What is necessary to include in the story you are telling?
Everything that happened in your life may matter, but everything does not have to be included in the same story.
Learning that discernment is part of writing with dignity and grace.
This experience is for women who want to approach their story with wisdom.
This program may be right for you if:
You feel the weight of a story you want to tell
You want to write truthfully without feeling pressured to tell everything
You want to understand what belongs in your story and what does not
You want to write with emotional maturity and clarity
You desire to approach your story with dignity and grace
You want support as you begin organizing and writing your story
Some women join because they want to publish one day.
Others join because they need a space to write, reflect, and understand their story more clearly.
Both are welcome here.
What We Walk Through Together
Over eight weeks, we move through the Heal · Write · Rise™ framework, helping you approach your story with clarity, discernment, and structure.
01
PHASE 1
Identity and Story Awareness
Before writing the story, we examine the writer.
Who are you now? What do you believe about yourself?
Because what you believe about yourself will show up in the words you write.
02
PHASE 2
Message and Discernment
Not every life experience belongs in every story.
In this phase, you will begin identifying the heart of what you want to communicate and learn how to discern what belongs in your story and what does not.
03
PHASE 3
Writing with Grace
Truth does not have to be harsh to be honest.
You will learn how to communicate your experiences with maturity, clarity, and emotional responsibility while maintaining dignity in the process.
04
PHASE 4
Mapping Your Story
Finally, we begin organizing your story.
You will start mapping out your ideas, identifying themes, and moving toward writing your story with structure and intention.

Why I Created Writing with Dignity and Grace
When I first felt the desire to tell my story, I was afraid.
Even though I knew my story mattered, I was not yet ready to carry the weight of sharing it with the world.
At the time, I had only been free from abuse for about three years. I was still learning how to process what I had experienced.
That mattered.
Because wanting to tell your story and being ready to tell it are not always the same thing.
Over time I learned that writing your story requires more than courage.
It requires wisdom.
It requires discernment.
It requires understanding that everything true is not always necessary for the story you are telling.
Writing with Dignity and Grace was created to help women approach their stories with that level of care.
Everything that happened may matter—but everything does not belong in every story. Through Together
Imagine you are writing a story about becoming a professional ballerina.
One day, as a child, you went to the store and stole a piece of bubble gum. You felt terrible afterward. You thought about putting it back but didn't. Later that afternoon you played hopscotch and moved on with your day.
That moment is part of your life story.
But if you are writing about becoming a ballerina, does that moment add anything meaningful to the story?
If it does, make it clear why.
If it does not, it may simply not belong in that story.
That does not mean it does not matter.
It simply means it does not serve the purpose of the story you are telling.
Learning to discern that difference is part of writing with dignity and grace.
