I´m Erica Trinette!
Trauma professional, coach, speaker, chain breaker, wife, mom, survivor, overcomer, and friend.
It took me years of counseling, healing, and learning to get where I am today. Being a trauma survivor, and now overcomer, I knew I needed to do the work to heal so I could be more impactful when helping others. I LOVE helping people heal from past trauma, embrace self-care, and walk boldly in every area of life.
Hey there, beautiful!
In 2016, God gave me a glimpse of what purpose looked like for me. It was exciting and I was not ready.
But God already had a plan. You see...
Because I was open to healing from past pain and had already done some healing work, I was not upset at the suggestion of my mentor that I see a therapist in 2017. Had I known the work that was required, I might have opted out, but I am glad I stuck with it. Not only did I learn about myself, but I also un-learned things that did not serve me.
I learned to invite God into the healing process, tackle emotions, identify triggers, establish healthy boundaries, and so much more.

I was able to show up more effectively as a wife, mom, daughter, sister, and friend.

Things look pretty different today! I'm now helping countless women heal, grow, find safety in community, and walk in God-given purpose.
God had a plan!
"My healing didn't happen overnight, but I refused to give up. Now I get to encourage others on the same journey."
Yours truly
